In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; bonus funds that expire unused will be removed from your account without compensation.
bajvip actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting system errors or technical glitches to claim unintended bonus credits, and colluding with other players to share bonus funds. Where abuse is identified, bajvip reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, reverse related winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice.
Where a player's account contains both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds are used for wagering first unless the bonus terms specify otherwise. Only real-money funds are available for withdrawal; bonus funds become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
Withdrawals are available only to players who have successfully completed KYC verification and whose account is in good standing. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.
bajvip endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within 1 to 4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. bajvip reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: KYC verification has not been completed; there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; an ongoing investigation into the account is in progress; or the withdrawal would bring the account balance below the minimum required to satisfy outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

bajvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or receipt of a court order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.
Upon closure of an account for reasons other than verified fraud or money laundering, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player via their most recently verified payment method within 10 business days.
